This kind of slitting machine is fit for slitting and rewinding all kinds of medical tape automatically, such as non woven tape, silk tape,zinc oxide plaster, fabric medical tape,PE film tape etc.The paper core may be metal core,plastic core and paper core.

Feature:

1. Slitting and rewinding function on one machine
2. With PLC, touch screen, clients can set length and check other data directly in touch screen, fast and convenient.
3. This model has peeling function, it can peel the release film/paper from the material well.
4. Minimum slitting width 12.5mm, common razor or air blade system can be selected, flat edge and zigzag edge medical tapes can be slit on this machine
5. 25.4mm diameter pneumatic shafts fix the tape core well and unload products easily.
6. Unwinding and rewinding tension is controlled automatically.
7. It is a multi function machine, slit zinc oxide plaster, non woven paper tape, pe perforated tape, silk tape etc. The tape core can be common paper core, plastic core with spool, metal core etc.
