1. Preparation before starting the machine
(1) Check whether all parts of the equipment are intact and whether the power supply and air supply are normal.
(2) Turn on the power of the equipment and check whether the motor, transmission system, etc. are operating normally.

2. Adjust equipment parameters
(1) According to the slitting requirements, set the parameters such as the length counting and speed display of the slitting machine. (2) Adjust the tension of the slitting machine to ensure stable belt conveying

3. Loading and film threading
(1) Place the tape roll to be slitting on the loading rack and ensure that the center line of the tape roll is aligned with the center line of the equipment.
(2) Start the loading motor to load the tape roll smoothly.
(3) Use the film threading device to tie one end of the tape to the eye of the film threading chain and start the film threading button to distribute the tape evenly on each roller along the slitting process.
4. Slitting and Rewinding
(1) Start the slitting machine to slit the tape according to the set parameters.
(2) Check the slitting effect to ensure the slitting quality.
(3) After slitting, start the rewinding motor to rewind the tape roll.
5. Shutdown and Cleaning
(1) Turn off the power of the slitting machine and stop the equipment.
Check whether all parts of the equipment are intact and have no damage.
(2) Clean the area around the equipment and keep the operating area clean.
